At Suvlogo (https://suvlogo.com), we aim to provide high-quality custom logo design services. Because all our work is made-to-order and tailored to each client, our refund policy is outlined below.

1. Custom Services Policy

All logo designs are custom-created based on the client’s requirements. Once the design process has started, the work cannot be reversed or reused, which is why refunds are limited.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund only if:

• No design work has started on your order
• Your cancellation request is made immediately after purchase

Once any design concept or work has begun, refunds will no longer be available.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Work has already started on your project
• You changed your mind after receiving design concepts
• You are unsatisfied due to subjective preference after revisions
• Delay caused by incomplete or late client feedback

4. Revisions Instead of Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your design, we offer revisions (based on your package) to improve and adjust the logo until it matches your expectations.

5. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before work begins. Once the project is in progress, cancellation will no longer be possible.

6. Digital Product Nature

Since our services are fully digital and custom-made, all delivered work is considered final once approved and sent to the client.
